Our hands play a big, vital role of our health. It is by our hands that we become healthy or not. That is why, it is very important to know the proper ways of washing our hands.

Proper hand washing with soap and water

Follow these instructions for washing with soap and water:

1. Wet your hands with warm, running water and apply liquid soap or use clean bar soap. Lather well.
2. Rub your hands vigorously together for at least 15 to 20 seconds.
3. Scrub all surfaces, including the backs of your hands, wrists, between your fingers and under your fingernails.
4. Rinse well.
5. Dry your hands with a clean or disposable towel.
6. Use a towel to turn off the faucet.

Make it a habit to wash your hands in everything that you do (before or after) to prevent the disease that we can get from the objects that we touch. Wash your hands daily. It is a MUST!
