Teaching the kids to wash dishes give a lot of benefits for the growth and development of the child. In this way, at an early age, the child will know to do light household chores which makes him to be clean conscious, oganized and discipline. It is very essential that mothers around the world train their children to do light household chores so that the child will not be lazy and stubborn to take responsibilities in the future. But what are some ways for your child to start the love to wash dishes for your children to have an enjoyable time accomplishing the activity.
*Buy a stepladder or find a box for your child to stand on so that he or she is in level with the sink.

*Give your child his or her own cleaning tools, especially a sponge and scrubbers. Get a container to store them in after your child is finished.
*If your home has a dishwasher, get your child started by rinsing off the dishes. After your child finishes, inspect them and show your child how to put them in the dishwasher. When your child perfects the skill of rinsing off dishwasher dishes, your child can move on to the more harder step of dishwashing.
*Start your tutoring process by showing your child the dishes which are easy to clean and demonstrate to your child what an actual clean dish looks like. Let your child do the next dish on his or her own, inspect it very closely and give pointers on what your child did good and what your child may have missed. If you have any sharp and breakable dishes, tell your child to watch you as you wash them yourself and show him how to handle the sharp and breakable items in the proper way.
*Dry the dishes for your child and show your child where they go. By doing this, you are slowly making your child into an active contributor in preparing and cleaning up after family breakfasts, lunches, suppers and dinners.
*When your dishes are cleaned up and stored away, have your child help you wipe off the countertops and the sink. Walk away with the shared delight of a job well done.
