Types of Conflict

In a certain workplace though it be in the office, school administrators’ office, a local, private or public firms, conflicts can’t be avoided. Conflict as define is an actual opposition of needs, interest and values. Furthermore, it can be internal or conflict of self or external, conflicts between two or more persons. There are two types of conflict that might exist in an opposition. First, destructive conflict that produces irresponsible behavior, destroys morale and creates distrust to someone. Second, constructive conflict that opens up an issue in a professional and confronting manner develops clarification of an issue as well as improves problem-solving quality. Conflicts oftentimes exist due to the arising differences in ideas and opinions of various sides. Furthermore, aggravating the case is more of a conflict. If conflicts exist, there is also a positive way to settle things out. It can be in a form of compromising, collaborating and understanding. Conflicts lead to open ones perspective into a brighter realization.
