I have read an article from a magazine, Health and Home, March-April, 2002 Edition, that gives insight on how to lessen depression faster.

It has been said that running is the solution to get rid of symptoms of depression which can ease or cure faster than psychotherapy. In a research, patients complaining about depression were prescribed to go out and run three times a week for half an hour instead of going to traditional therapy. After 10 weeks, six out of 10 patients recovered fully from their depression without discussing their problem with a therapist.

This information gives me insights that are beneficial for my health as well. I want to try this.
