My hubby gave me gifts but none of those gifts were open during the Christmas Day. Haha! First, he ordered a treadmill and there is no way he could wrap that heavy treadmill plus I was in the apartment when that guy delivered it. Second, he bought me a new camera. Again, I was there when he bought it and he even asks me what color I like. Third, he bought me a boots. Unfortunately, he thought that size 5 ½ will fit my feet but sad to say it did not. I need a size 5. We return it. I tried looking for size 5 but I only got few choices and I didn’t like it at all. So, we end up buying a purse. Lastly, he bought me a lottery scratch thing and I scratch it the day before Christmas and I did not win. Hehe!

Wow! It has been one year since I first came here. I came here alone and I came here without knowing some one (oh! except for my husband). I was feelin homesick and I was sad because I didn't have friends. I search through friendster and found few and we met. They are very nice and I cherish the friendship I have with them.There were times that I felt hopeless because I don't know what to do with my life. I wanted to work but I can't since I don't have my green card. I can't go anywhere because I don't know how to drive or if I do, I don't have a license.
Luckily my friend Madel introduced me to blogging and at first I didn't take it seriously but now, I am addicted to it. Thanks to her.
There were times that I had fight with my husband and we don't handle it quite well but as time goes by we learn to understand each other. I am thankful that I found him (hope I won't be able to delete that sentence).
Even though I have little progress here. I tend not to mind it and just keep in mind that things won't happen in a snap and that if you know how to wait and work for what you want in life then you will have it sooner or maybe later.

I change my header template on my blog Pieces of Me with this since it will be Christmas and New Year soon. I am planning to change it every week. And also next week, I am going to try to change the template of this blog because it’s kinda plane. What do you think guys?

To all the Proud Pinay Mommies members and Friends,Our Christmas party will be hosted by Bryan and Zim and it's on Dec. 20th, Saturday @ 5:00 PM. It will be potluck and EACH adult must bring one unisex gift worth $10 as we're gonna be playing a Dirty Santa game (bunot-bunot then pwede ilogon). For the kids, they also have to bring a unisex gift worth $5 only. We will be playing other games too.
We request everyone to dress a lil bit formal.

Christmas is coming and that is why I decided to make this header template. We might celebrate Christmas in different ways but there is one thing we are the same off. We are celebrating the birth of Jesus Christ.

Last week was Thanksgiving and I place this header on my first blog which is Pieces of Me. It was actually my first thanksgiving here. My husband and I went to my friends house to have dinner. They had turkey, ham, steak, fried rice and of course the pie. It was so good.
