Ever since before, health awareness are disseminated to the people. In fact, it was pursued by the religious orders especially the priests. And the people believed him for they know that the teachings of the priests about health power that God bestowed them. But prior to their coming, "quack" doctors or local doctors are already had been healing the people from their diseases and illnesses. They are believing in the superstitious beliefs and practices in healing the people. They forcibly make patient believe that the cause of their illness or health problems are due to the fact that they are being witchcraft or sorcery that made the patient panic. "Quack" doctors perform rituals to drive the evil spirits away from the patient's body.

Now, Health Education is not like that. In fact, it is more than than. People are not blind to dwell in false beliefs and practices now. They positively rely more and rest their trust to Science. That is why, because of the coming of the religious sisters and the priests, they pave ways for continued nursing care through educating people about the importance of taking care of their health.

But what diversely make Health Education worthwhile now is the presence of nurses, doctors and health educators and health experts impart to the masses on things that pertains to taking care of their health. They share their knowledge to extend help in prolonging life and better keep the patient life in safe and not in risk.

Because of the help of the modern technologies and other modern health paraphernalia and equipment, the healing of patients that the nuns and priests has been started extends more to the modern world that the use of these technologies help keep life not at stake but with hope.

Health Education spreads its wings to the highest extent of bringing the universe into its plan of care by informing everyone that their are various alternatives, greater solutions and extended hope to live a longer, healthier and more meaningful life.

Because of today's modern world of medicines, various medicinal discoveries like the over-the-counter drugs, the regulated drugs and even the herbal medicines all hand-in-hand make new things work positively in order to heal people from any forms of diseases whether acute, chronic or malignant. Even in prevention, there are suited medicines that calls for the healing.

All the people around the world provides concern and care to numerous individuals regardless of race, ethnicity, color and sex to vest the high-standard of cure and not the false beliefs of supernatural healing.

Health Education is made available to everyone, for them to be informed, to be vigilantly aware, to take active care and prevention, to prolong life, to satisfy the need for a harmonious and happy lifestyle and living, to upgrade and enhance oneself of the modern world technologies that  keeps health at most priority.

All the more in life are here for us to fully measure and give the sole highlights that keep everything in order, in good condition and in proper care. 

Communication. That starts everything.

People is a social being for no man is an island. He needs to commune with other people in order for him to live and to enjoy what this world possibly gives.

Just like dating, it is the most expressive form of communication. It can diversely reach to all races from all walks of life even in just a minute or hours to communicate. Then, the connection goes along with constant call and chat online.

We revolve around the world in business. We can't do things and connect with people not for no reason but for a huge impact of knowing, learning, sharing, uniting as one and even in love.

Actually, we are not alone. That is a common fact. We are not isolated. We are not lonely. We are capable to transform our lives by making friends all around the globe. Taking Health Education subject is like nurturing my skills to be like a teacher, a health educator.

My Health Education teacher posts this question as part of the quiz that states, "In what way will the teaching methods guide the teacher for effective teaching learning outcome?"

In my own point of view, teaching methods serves as a measure for teachers to effectively carry on their lessons  to the students in a more nurturing environment. It directs, motivates, evaluates and even positively criticize them to assess their teaching strategies, teaching styles and techniques to suit the capacity, the kind of learners, the environment where their learners belong and the availability of the resources their school has.

In this generation where everything can be push buttons, education is also upgrading to its system. If a teacher has no huge knowledge about this day's generation of technological advancement, then sure he goes behind in the new things to discover. He is lagging. He will not grow. Whereas, if he is the kind of teacher that opens his mind to new teachings and innovation of today's generation, then he will not feel the jet lag.

The teaching method envelopes the teacher to become productive. He will not leave stagnant from what he learns traditionally. We will become a better person he can be as a teacher for he knows how to understand the needs of every learner.

Because of the individual differences and the multiple intelligences of a human being, the teacher needs to cope with what calls for ultimate ignition to facilitate active retention and learning of the students.

Because of the teaching methods, this alarms the teacher to fully love teaching more than himself. He will be nourish with more wisdom and approaches that he might seem awkward to practice and inculcate in his teaching for being the transformer of knowledge.

Teaching method play a huge role in the evaluation, assessment and realization of teacher for their active participation in the response of students, the learning process and the learning styles as well.

The role of a teacher is so diverse. It will extend until lifetime. 

Nourishment. This word is the only way for baby to live and to whom does it be taken? Of course, the Mothers all around the globe who baby-feeds their young from their milk.

A lot of women are suffering from low breast milk supply that causes an alarming part of every mothers especially those mothers who have infants and babies whose main source of nourishment is their milk supply.

Due to the rising study of the medical experts, this alarming problem of mothers is not anymore the prime concern of worries. The news today talks more about the "Barbie" that comes to life. And I was like, "Is that for real?"

The 21-year-old Valeria Lukyanova is so beautiful and of course captures the true replica of Barbie. But what always stirs in the minds of the people from all walks of life is that, "Does she have the Barbie look going under the knife?" or "Is it really the beauty that naturally comes from the inside?"

Well, what money can do. I presume she has all the surgeries. But whatever the reason maybe, well, that is her life. But talking about how serious beauty is can bring more change in a Barbie's life can turn out all the people about the news that speculates to question about her undergoing the surgery or this is it, the real she.

But if I am going to base it on surgery, it is so hard and expensive. Again, if she all does have the money, well, that is her way of capturing the attention of the masses. And taking the sides of surgery, then I can question, for how long does surgery can sustain one's so-called beauty?

With the advancement of technology nowadays, people get paranoid of making themselves appear more beautiful and sexy and even they are copying their obsession to their "idolized" characters to appear such an accomplishment that would make the people goes viral about them.

God has given us with complete body. He made us perfectly in His image and likeness. We are naturally regarded always as beautiful from the beginning until the end. Our body is His gift for us. He is the one who makes us appear what we have.

But people are not contented with what He gives. They spend all their money and time to "invest" on too much beautifying themselves in plastic surgeries and all those unfortunate methods of appearing beautiful which are not worth an investment. They do all make-over even to the extent of going under the knife and extravagantly spending their money to nonsense things.

I know that we all have the right to be beautiful, but what is the most important here is the beautiful that goes beyond skin deep.

What if the kind of fake beauty of too much surgical transformation of all your bodies will not gratify you and it will retire even at a young span of time, then you will end up suffering cancers and other diseases.

A person who is beautiful doesn't necessarily has to go under the knife. Slight make-up, simple but elegant dresses, proper posture, good body figure because of exercise and proper diet are what we need. Simplicity is natural. Simplicity is beauty. And for the sake of reality, now, you have all the available cash to transform your natural beauty into a more maximum beauty. But what if you don't have all the access anymore of making yourself appear surgically beautiful? Where are you going to ask for help?

To be beautiful is to be contented with what the Lord give us. Real beauty shines from the inside and not on superficial things. 

The moment I knew Bruno Mars is when I have seen his first music video on TV entitled, "Just the Way You Are". He is really a talented person. He plays almost all kinds of instruments like the piano, drums, guitar, bass, harmonica and keyboard. And he ultimately sings. No wonder he receives numbers of awards for the efforts he puts on his music.
I love most of his songs. I like Grenade, Just the Way You Are , Count on Me, Move On and many others. But the most that I like most of his songs is "Today My Life Begins". It views about how to move on and forget the past and further see the future and work for the best.

Bruno Mars puts real emotion in most of his songs. He is like Adele who has gone through pains in love. That is why, the lyrics in most of his songs are really about pain, moving on, the future, reminiscing the past and something like that.

For me, Bruno Mars deserves to receive more awards because he is dynamically talented. He can do all music stuff and recording. The instruments that he is playing clearly reveals his enthusiasm in the music industry that he has all the things he knows in music.

He is also a very nice person. I can see the positives in his aura, in the person he is. But I just wonder why he went through serious love pain which in fact, he is ultimately a very good and nice person.

"Today My Life Begins" is best explains Bruno Mars. He is a very positive person and has a lot of more humor.  No wonder he is really the best for me.

It is an admiration, a crush that catches her eyes to Adam Levine.

Jennifer Love Hewitt is an actress, singer and of course, a beautiful lady. Adam Levine, a singer, an artist and or course, romantically captivating. That what probably makes Jennifer loves him so much. She revealed her feelings in one of the famous TV shows here in the US.

Persons are we normally feel love for someone. That instinct is unstoppable. It is an admiration, a total feeling that somehow the simple liking will turn out into true love feeling.

For Jennifer Love Hewitt who captures an eye for Levine is normal. It is realistically happening. But what seem probably not normal here is because Levine has a supermodel girlfriend that he probably loves so much. That means, Jennifer has a small opportunity to expect more of Levine out of the crush feeling. Unless her admiration is just simply a liking and there is no feeling of love or aspiration revealed. It is also quite a struggle of her expecting which there is nothing to expect about.

The good thing is that, at least Jennifer Love Hewitt tells the world that she likes somebody in the person of Levine. That revelation is a huge outlet of making herself at ease and the expression is true that it can't lead to unhealthy longing if she wasn't able to burst out what she feels.

There is no bad thing about revealing what one feels for someone. The only matter that makes a big deal is when the one who undying love expects more than what she is expecting out from feeling of crush to something that they can be both together that the one that has been admired is committed to someone else.

Of course, who could have not feel a total admiration to Levine. He is super-talented and sexy. And Jennifer just perfectly did what she is intending to share, to express what she feels for him. That expression is a gift. But to prolonge the story is something that everyone is expecting out from the said feeling, until when.

This revelation is something that everyone could reflect and see for themselves how normally we have the feeling of love and admiration, which in fact those are God's gift to us and in what way are we going to make proper use of those gifts.
