The news that has aired on TV and to various media services have one dissected point of UN Council who are taking its decision in helping Libyan people that Gadhafi's dictatorial leadership will not be tolerated and prolong.
In fact, U.N. Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon congratulated council members for the unified vote said that it "sends a strong message that gross violations of basic human rights will not be tolerated." Furthermore, British Ambassador Mark Lyall Grant called the vote "a powerful expression of the deep concern, indeed the anger, of the international community." Moreover, U.S. Ambassador Susan Rice said it was "a very powerful message to the leadership of Libya that this heinous killing must stop and that individuals will be held personally accountable."
With these joint-forces of the UN Leaders, there is a 98% result that I have seen and will happen good for Libya. Of course, no person who wants to let Gadhafi pursue killing and torturing innocent lives. I think the help of the higher officials really create a huge impact of the people in Libya and I hope that this resolution with come to effect because I don't want to see Libyan individuals will more suffer in the hands of their "dictator" President.
